Any good NFL overs this week?

Somone in another thread mentioned that because the officials will be calling the no contact after 5 yeards penalty much more frequently this year there would be more points scored.

My question to the astute handicappers in here is are there any games that stand out as good overs this week? In other words, are there any games that look like they haven't taken that change into consideration in the line?

I suck at totals, but I really question why the Buffalo total is so low.

it seem to me that Cowboys vs Vikings game is easily going over total 45 points. 99.9 % for sure!
