  • Monday Night Football Anyone?

Ok guys, last week I took the bears with a small amount
on the moneyline hoping for a miracle, and you all called
me crazy, and you were all right! That was a very poor
choice on my part, I think I was a week too early with
the bears pick, i shoulda had them against the raiders.
But that is behind us, and like all football seasons, you
keep plugging and hope the breaks come your way.

Tonite we have the Indianappolis Colts vs the Tampa
Bay Bucs. I have actually been waiting for this game
all weekend, this should be just as good as the
denver K.C. game yesterday, so lets hope for a good
one. Tony Dungy is coming back to his old stomping
grounds and will peyton manning will try to lead the
explosive offense vs. tony's old partner monte kiffin.
The key here will be, who knows the other's scheme
better? Does dungy know that tampa defense inside
and out and will be able to exploit it? Or will Monte
Kiffin know exactly how to stop dungy's offensive
game plan? I have a feeling peyton has a little bit
of his own ingenuity (big word, i know) to make
some of his own calls and leave the bucs D guessing.
This can also get manning in trouble at times. He has
the tendency to throw a massive amount of pics
in big pressure games, so lets hope tonite isnt
one of those. Tampa has the third most Interceptions
in the league, and that is including there bye week.
So Manning has his work cut out for him. He
should have plenty of time as his offensive line
has not allowed many sacks, and look to hold
tampa's pressure off for enough time. Remember
last year on monday night, when warren sapp came
out taunting the steelers during warmups? and
then they got there asses handed to them? I hope
to see this again. I cant stand tampa, if they didnt
have sapp i think i might like them. So I am pulling
for the Colts tonite. Anyone with me? think I am
crazy? Any info will help, i am actually going to hold
off on this one until i get a good feeling. So someone
    please give me some reassurance!

    my pick

    colts +4.5
    colts m/l

    good luck!

Tough game to call tonight especially after the Colts handed New Orleans their asses on a platter last Sunday night. I am leaning towards the Colts +4.5 and UNDER 38 (buying the half point).

I am actually only playing the under officially and may make a very small play on Indi +4.5 towards gametime.

I have the Colts +11 for the second half of a 7 point teaser from the sunday night game (Clevland) which looks even better to me.

Tough call as Indi seems like the play. Good Luck to all!!

Very tough game to call I think.

IMO much will depend on what impact the Edge can have coming in with a question mark on his fitness. Unless James can hit the holes at full pace I can't see Indy being able to control the tempo which means Manning is going to have to force his passes in to some tight spots. Peyton forcing passes in abig game usually ends up in the same result.....INT!

I like the Bucs D to be pumped up for this huge game against an undefeated team looking to steal there crown and when you add the ex-coach factor motivation should not be a problem.

I know Indy was impressive against the Saints but then again who hasn't been?

I'm going to take the Bucs but with no real confidence.

        My opionion on the game...

It going to be the just like Sea vs Green Bay game. Mike Homlegen home coming to Old Team. The result was big loser 13 - 35. Tonight Tony Dungy home coming to face his old team the result is lost. 13 - 24 Tampa Bay.

        Good Luck!!

Fantastic call...even better game!! Tony Dungy is now 5-0 vs. defending Super Bowl Champs in Raymond James Stadium. Can anyone say Indy vs. KC in the AFC Title game??!!

Great week!! Week 6...HERE WE COME!!

to see the game. i was too busy rooting for my red sox!
wooohoooo. Good for the colts though, wish i had picture
in picture so i could watch both games at the same time.
Hopefully we will do just as well next week.
