I'd like some opinions on this. On Saturday 4-12-03, I made a wager on Game 2 of the Doubleheader on the Red Sox -190 action bet. Game 1 was rained out, so the pitchers from Game 1 pitched Game 2, line Red Sox -395. Final Score Bal 13 Bos 6. I know my bet was action, but since game 1 was rained out there was no Game 2, which my ticket clearly states that the bet was for Game 2. I talked to their customer service and they won't budge. It's a small wager, but I was wondering what you guys think?

That's a tough one. When the first game was postponed, the Don Best screen posted a note that Las Vegas sportsbooks may handle this bet differently - players should check. Even though game 1 was cancelled, game 2 was played. So I think you get the loss.

and if you would have won, you probably get told, "Gee...we are awfully sorry, but there was no game #2, so it is no action."

      please mention which book. TY

IMO this wager should have been graded a loss like it was. Even though Game 1 was thrown out Game 2 was still live and lost. Good luck though man
