I'm assuming this is a book that doesn't cater to US clients, but what about a phone number or E-mail address on their site? Do they not have any way to get in touch with them?

Looks like if they haven't responded to your email, you will have to fax or call them. Country call codes are located in the phone book or are available from a phone company operator.

Amazing how on their website you can't find any information except for a single support email address. There seems to be no other public way of reaching anyone in management.
