hey SD, heres the info you requested on my situation from that other thread.


i was surfing the net one day and came accross this skytowersportsbook and just read the info that was on the site and checkout that it was gamming controlled by IGA so i assumed that it was an ok book but apearntly its not after i requested my winnings i got the runaround for a few days, well, about 4 days later when i went back in there to log into my account and see if the funds were sent out to me i couldnt access my account. it seems that they locked me out of my own account. well, i called them and asked them why cant i access my account and again they game me the runaround for about 3 days and then i called them back and they gave me some lame a$$ excuse that they were auditing my account and the audit would be completed on monday january 13th, 2003 so i called back and once again i got the runaround for another 2 days. so i called back on the 1-15-03 and finaly got ahold of the person that was handling my situation and they said the audit went thru ok and i should receive my funds on friday via a western union well guess what, friday came along and once again i didnt get my winning so i called back on monday 1-20-03 and they said that the bank didnt release the funds to send out to me. well then i started getting really mad/upset and just flat out asked the "WTF" is going on, wheres my money at and once again they replied to me saying i would receive my funds on friday 1-24-03 so i called them back on friday 1-24-03 and asked them for my control # of the western union i requested and they replied back to me and said that (get this one) western union wont send that much money to me at one time and to call back on monday 1-27-03 and we will send out a partial payment to you on monday and another partail payment on friday 1-31-03 well, i called back today (1-27-03) and they still gave me another excuse saying that the bank didnt release the funds to send you out your funds today at that point i just totaly lost it and demanded to speak with the manager and after i asked that they wouldnt let me speak with him at all because he was too busy helping other cleints, well after they told me that i told that i would just hold unit he was finished waiting on the other cleints of there and they didnt even reply back to that at all instead they just hung up the phone on me. so i called right back and again i said "WTF" did you hang up on my and they said they didnt hang up on me instead they said i hung up on them and then they put me on hold for 20 minutes and came back and said they manager left for the day and call him back tommarrow.

Hey I'm just stating a fact - posts like that (and your Super Bowl one) are hard to read.

Paragraph breaks are simple - you just hit the enter key every once in a while - hopefully when you've completed a thought.

Relax friend . . . . . write how you like, but making it easier on the reader will make the post inviting.

stardust, fuck the reader!! it's all about the poster as much as your around different sites i would think you would be understanding about people who can't spell or use them funny little marks or mabe type in caps. by the way i did up grade my profile.

hey, it's all in good fun.....I must admit that writeup was damn hard to read. Too hard to keep your place! I think we're all grown-ups who can take a little forum abuse from a fellow poster.

I mean if we want more posts, I suppose we can start threads like "What's your favorite color......" Mine happens to be blue by the way.

Mr. Blowfish: There has to be some reason we have lost the majority of people who use to post here. Reason, I don't have a clue. This is the only site I have posted on because the others have nothing but breakfast foods, (nuts and flakes), posting on there sites.

The reason is simple. Most of the other sites are about ten people with twenty different names talking to themselves about things that are better discussed privately. With the advent of instant messenging....why would we need to post anything but our problems or opinions on a posting board?

Posting on a posting board airs a lot of dirty laundry, some of which is no good for anyone. Do we all really need to discuss the best eatery in Costa Rica on a board?

These sites all compete with each other and people try to "steal" posters to get them all on their site. A lot of people are probably on a payroll to keep the posts and views up. BW doesn't do that.

Those LONG posts without paragraphs are VERY difficult to follow.

Steve usually doesn't do that, but it is so hard to read, I just don't bother.
