I have had several occasions to speak with Wally concerning golf
in past years and he has always been class act. I don't dispute Cons as he has always been 1st rate IMHO. I think maybe its a matter of starting off on right or wrong foot with a person.

I have run into a lot of cases where I get a long better with one manager than another. Sometimes personalities clash and egos get in the way when it comes to solving problems. If you can find a place with people you get a long with, stick with them!

I've dealt with Wally before without a problem. My hunch is that whenever there is any dispute it gets forwarded to Wally. I can understand someone becoming somewhat less than friendly when your job essentially becomes deciphering between the legitimate complaints and the scam artists.
