Question -- How long for Credit Card refund for NASA?

Hi all --

I just started using NASA (www.betus.com) a couple of months ago, and just requested some refunds (chargebacks) to my credit card. They are saying this might take 10-15 working days to process, but I just wanted to ask the following ---

Has anyone else out there who uses NASA requested a credit card refund? If so -- how long did it take?

Is it true that Little Nasa has stepped in with Big Nasa again? There are now two stories about slow downs with credit cards and I don't think the are having financial problems. It seems like there have been some moves and delays because of them.

Are these charge backs as in you won money and are having the funds credited to your account? Or are you disputing a charge on your card? Big difference.

Yes, my question is about Credit Card Chargebacks -

I funded my account a couple of months ago, and now I want to take some money out of my account. The usual process, of course, is first getting a "Chargeback" of the credit card charges I used to initially fund the account.

So far, I have been waiting 7 working days for this "chargeback" to show back up on my credit card. However, up until today, I don't see a thing. That's why I wanted to know what most peoples' experiences were out there.

ALSO -- another reason I ask is this: I've used Caribsports in the past, and requested chargebacks on MANY occasions. In all instances, I saw the money back to my account within 4 working days, at the LATEST. (most came back by 2 to 3 working days). WWW.BETUS (NASA), however, is giving me the standard 8-10 working days line. And actually, I even had one other lady down at NASA tell me it takes 10-15 working days!!! Therefore, all of these circumstances is making me a bit nervous that I won't be seeing this money for awhile.

Anyone have any comments?

i have been told that because of the credit card companies not wanting to take gambling charges that a lot of charges can go through but credits are harder to put through because it could tip off the card company that the charges are gambling. this could be a line of shit but maybe they have a limit as to how much they will credit back on a day. they should just say that if that is the case.
