Yeah, I'm Still having problems. This is my first time at the site since the sofware upgrade. I don't get it. Mabye it's my PC. The weird thing is that I can navigate great at my other outs but when I try WWTS it doesn't work. It won't log me in and my computer then says that internet explorer is shutting down.
Yeah, I still can't get in. I've set my computer to accept all cookies and did everything else but it just won't work for me. Everytime I log in my computer shuts down.
I called them as well and they didn't know what it could be. The tech ran through things I could do to fix it but none of that worked.
I'll just have to make picks over the phone I guess.
aol probably has security settings that have something to do with cookies. they are very different about the internet than anyone else. i think a lot of sites have aol problems. a lot have special directions for people who use aol.
The phone is always an option, but if you are having this problem with their site, you can't be the only one.
They didn't change software (did they?), they just changed the look of their site. That should mean that their site isn't set to work with all browsers, but you are using the most popular one. That's just very odd. There has to be some security setting that is out of whack.
I really wish I could at least see the online version once you log in. I Haven't heard yet that anyone else is having this problem with IE 6sp1 so It must be either my settings or my computer. I've been over the settings time and time again and am sure I have them all right. My computer must just suck.

PS. I wonder if I download Netscape and use that if it'll fix it.
