  • Royal Sports Meets Deadline - New Software Upgrade!

Royal Marketing Director, Marty Monroe invites everyone, who ever played at Royal Sports and left or even had difficulty accessing our website in the past, to have a look and check out the new www.BetRoyal.com

“Seeing is believing. The problems of poor performance that plagued our website are now a thing of the past. That would be a good thing considering Wim Jensen’s personal public guarantee 10 days ago.” That promise was made good after posting in the forums to “eat the hat” of anyone who did not see the drastic improvements in the BetRoyal web performance by this date. “ I have seen Wim put a lot of things in his mouth including his foot from time to time, but never a hat.”

Form and function now complete, the new look and feel Royal site will be continually fine tuned over the next few days as the site gets fully linked.

Spared from the fedora-eating fate, Wim’s only comments were those of a proud papa.

“We can assure you that the web tech problems have been resolved and hope that you will give us another chance to serve you on the net and prove that it pays to be Loyal to Royal. Tomorrow we’ll foal the new HorseRoyale horse site just in time for the Royal Pick Six Contest for the Breeders Cup this weekend and look forward next week as we integrate our brand spanking new BetRoyal Casino.”

The new Royal website www.BetRoyal.com is fully functional after coming online today at 1pm Eastern.

I've been using Royal as one of my "outs" ever since winning an account there thru BW a couple of years ago. I guess the true test will come this week-end, but so far seems much faster.

One complaint though - with regard to the season long football contest underway. On Royal's new homepage there is supposed to be a link to enter the contest. Well the homepage must not match my screen/PC because it goes right up to CLICK HERE at the bottom of the page and there is no link, nor is there anyway to scroll further down the page. As far as I can tell there is no way to enter the contest.

I'm glad they got their act together. They are too good of a book to be left behind as far as being online. This software they have now is used by alot of books. The big test will be at 12:55 pm est on Sunday!

First of all, let me remind everyone that I advertise for Royal Sports. But there new web site is great. They have not finished polishing the apple, but when they do it will be awsome. One thing that is a fact, they have the biggest server offshore and the most band width, which should help you crunch time callers.

Also I think it is important to know that Royal threw 3 million down the drain by throwing away there original software. I would like to have been at the board meeting when they told stock holders they had to buy new software.

But as has been Royal's custom, the customer comes first. Congrat to Royal for making this big step.

Royal knows they don't have all the kinks worked out yet, and the contest links will be back up and running shortly. They are very excited to have implemented this software and have the utmost confidence that once they are finished with the details it will be smooth sailing from here on out!
