With the 2002-03 NHL season beginning this week, BetWWTS.com has released odds on which team will win the Stanley Cup. It should come as no surprise that last year's champions, the Detroit Red Wings, are favored to repeat this year at 3/1 odds. They are followed by their Western Conference rival, the Colorado Avalanche, listed at 9/2, and the Eastern Conference favorite, Philadelphia Flyers, listed at 27/4. Other teams that appear to have a decent chance to lift Lord Stanley's Cup in June include, the Boston Bruins, St. Louis Blues and San Jose Sharks, all listed at 10/1 odds.
