Parlay card contest

I was just reading through the contest rules for the Parlay card contest, and noticed that in order to be eligible for the prizes, you needed to deposit $200 into a royal sports account before 10/1/2002.

So, in other words, anyone that hasn't done so yet, is not eligible for the prizes?

Serves me right, I need to read the rules more often!
