SOS Problems!!!

went to check my acct balance on-line Sat.
my balance was $0. (should have been 5 figures)
after speaking to them, i was told they were
installing a new computer system. they have
no idea what my balance is. it is now Sun. nite
and the problem is still not corrected. was told to call back Mon.
Anyone else having problems??

You should be fine.....

They did have some tech problems this weekend, which effected us receiving their lines, but I logged into my personal account and everything was fine.....

I just logged into my sos account and it was short by over 6k. they said they are having computer tech problems and that it should be fixed within an hour or so.

spoke with them again today.
seems everything has been straightened out.
my balance has been corrected.
