Hey, don't laugh!! A few years back, we had a '5' something at 8 am. It sounded like someone was breaking in. My neighbor, who was shooting crap at the 'Shoe while it happened, blamed a '7out' on the quake.

Classic.....blaming a 7 out on a quake.......the more I think about it, I would ave done the same thing!

I wonder if there's anything in the official rules to cover that??
