Don Best is down, even the site, for the day at least. They are blaming Sprint for having a major fiber cut. It may not be down for everyone in the country, but for most it is.

I think couldn't is a better choice of words.....someone needs to teach a bookmaking 101 class to most shops--probably a lot of money to be made in that one.
