    Come on guys,

if somebody can offer box office props for a movie, or something like,

who's going to be the mayor of a German city? (Itops)

will Monica say yes or no during a TV interview? (Carib)

will they find something on Bill's pant? (Starnet)

how much is ball No. 70 worthed? (Itops)

Why not the events that I mentioned above?

Ray, Centrebet will probably offer most of those wagers - especially Tennis and Track and Field.

Intertops and Bowman's have the Snooker.

I don't know anyone who has woman's soccer.

As for KD matchups, I'm sure most books will have it including Bowman's, Intertops and WSEX - but they'll probably wait until closer to post time. Roxy's current lines are inane since so many things can happen between now and May 1.

Centrebet won't take any Americans clients.

Itops and Bowman don't have the match lines for snooker.

As for KD, I also hope there will be some books offer the following props,

        Favorite V Field

Heard some books will have lines for WNBA, so why not Women World Cup soccer games?

It will be played in USA and they are the favor to win it all.

Hey, those games will be on ESPN and ABC. At least it will attract some bettings like the women NCAA tourney games.

        Think about it, guys.

Snooker is covered by DAS in Australia, and many british firms including Ladbrokes and Surrey International, Tennis betting is available at Tipsport (Czechoslovakia), World Bet (Antilles), Alpenland (Austria), the highly recommended Stan James (Gibraltar), Ladbrokes cover some tournaments ie Super 9's, and down in my neck of the woods DAS and the NZ tab are excellent for match and title betting respectively. The NSW TAB also covers the Super 9's events. Centrebet does not do the Tennis as a client of theirs i have pushed for it repeatedly but they are simply not interested.DAS covers most of the big international races ie Kentucky Derby previous events include Dubai World Cup, Breeder's Cup, Grand National etc...and regular Honk Kong racing. Hope it helps
            Pete.

              Thanks for the info, Pete.

About Surrey, I've taken a look at them several months ago cause most of the time they have some very good odds on soccer.

However, problem is, they are just a tel book and don't have online betting option and also don't have a 1-800 number.

Same situation for Tipsport. (btw, I've just checked them out, their offer are pretty amazing, J league soccer and Under 20 Youth World Cup Soccer)

About worldbet, checked their website before but have nothing about them mentioned there so I have no idea about them. Yeah, they offer a lot of thing also.

Alpenland is OK but looks more like Bet and Win and Interwetten - vig is too deep.

Sorry but I know nothing about Stan James, any more info or is there a website for them?

Know about Ladbrokes but I'm not a high roller.

I'm using DAS right now and agree with your comments but about TAB, last year I opened an account with IWN and never really play at TAB. Problem is, I don't see they update the betting options/lines on their website, is they a tel book or do they have online betting option?

              Thanks again, Pete.

                Ray,
NZTAB are on-line during their business hrs (8am-10pm?), about 15.5hrs in front of your East Coast side. Being a govt. run operation (have any of the US politicians realized you can actually make money from these things?), they aren't as competitive as most books, putting more of their attention on exotics/props rather than lines.
As for the world aths later this year, there'll be at least 3 Aussie books involved, DAS, Centrebet and National Sportsbet (not expected on-line this year). Watch this space, athletics IS my sport.
And you forgot the Pan-Pacific swimming in July.
For the snooker worlds, I'd expect more books to offer matches from the QFs. I think DAS did last year from memory.
And women's soccer - you cannot be serious!

The problem with NZ Tab and Centrebet are that they don't take accounts from U.S. based clients of which Ray is one.

I still think your best bet if you really want lines is to ask the book for them. Get a group of individuals together to show that you as a group are interested and the books will probably make lines.

I know I asked Intertops about Woman's World Cup Soccer after Ray posted about it and one of the managers said that if there is interest they will post the lines. They are also looking at making more lines on Tennis and also Formula 1 matchups.

As well, the manager said that he would consider setting matchup lines for the snooker when it reaches the quarter finals.

But sometimes you just have to ask.

We are always in good hands with Hartley.

                    Thanks.

Boris - for the Pan-Pacific swimming in July, I think the problem is, the swimmers are so young for the recent years, books won't feel too comfortable to give us a line on it. As far as the Women Soccer World Cup goes, trust me, there will be many bettors around the world interested in this event. There will be teams from Asia, American and Northern Europe that will have good chance to win it so its quite an interesting event.

Oh, btw, I'm requesting one more,

The 1999 American Cup (whatever the name it should be)

not the South American Libertadores Cup.

But the one will be played at June by most of the South American countries.

Any books have plans to give lines on it and how about some future bets right now?

                      Ray,
that's a copout from the books, because if you do the form properly for athletics & especially swimming, the form runs very true. There are some excellent websites out there. And if you got to DAS, they've got aths listed on their sports menu with 'Stay tuned for the IAAF Golden League and World Champs'

I wasn't aware of the NZTab restrictions from the US, thought they were 100% Kiwi government owned, unless of course they've floated the company.

well, alec says fonbet has all WTA - not going to be too popular ever, I would think...

                        Athletics stuff galore up now

and snooker lines you can get, Ray

Horse racing head to heads - interesting idea for someone enterprising? Could make some governments unhappy doing those, or lose lots of money, one or other other

Not that bookies, owners, trainers, or jockeys could influence one of those?
