So if this chick kills her baby and goes to Red Lobster the next day for dinner do we infer that mediocre seafood is to blame for her child's death?

Anyone who kills their child has bigger problems than a gambling addiction. These problems could manifest themselves in wreckless gambling (or drinking or wreckless driving or casual sex) but "blaming" gambling for this is like blaming the phone pole when a drunk driver runs into it.

I hate the way they make gambling the cuplrit. There was obviously more to this story than losing $650 at the slots.
