  • Easybets.com question

They have some Auto Racing wager offerings I’d like to have a go at but after searching the archives here, I’m leery of dealing with them. Anyone know if they’ve cleaned up their act since a bunch of slow pay/bad service posts here about 18 months ago?

    Thanks.

No recent feedback really. I recall two indidents where they flat out didn't pay a couple of players, which of course is totally unacceptable. I don't know that you can put a timeframe on something like that as far as when they can be "forgiven"..........I guess they can't.

But there's certainly no reason for this place NOT to pay or to have horrible customer service.

Easybets made a big move for the Asian market and as far as I know were/are very successful with it.

Imagine the business they lost because of a couple of bone head decisions and stubborness on their part.

I couldn't forgive any book for a NO PAY. Ever. They belong in the clink!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FUCKING BOOK!

4 months ago I opened an acct there. I knew they dont like large players so I was betting $100-$150 per wager. They were very slow in moving their lines. After two weeks I was up 2 dimes. They lower my limit to $50 and after 3-4 days they closed my acct.

That flat out amazes me that a book would lower someones limit from $150 to $50. Why even book the action in the first place? What a joke. Then to close the account?! Incredible.

on the easybets topic.....is there anyone here who has suggestions on how to get my money from them? they keep promising me the withdrawal will happen but they seem to be giving me the runaround and ignoring my emails.

                Thanks,

                Jeff

a little over 4k they owe me.

this was last friday morning when i got this email (below) and gave them the necessary info. i've been completely ignored since I gave it to them. i've sent repeated emails to numerous people there. they cut me off about 2 weeks ago like others have mentioned so I've been trying to do a withdrawal...

I've talked with Alan, Diarmuid, Brian and PuiLin about this and was getting occasional responses from them in trying to use Neteller to do the withdrawal. According to the email below they are now having technical problems. I've heard nothing from them in about 3 days.

                    Thanks

                    Jeff

what is a bank code? you posted all this information:

                        Bank Name:
                        Bank Account Name:
                        Bank Account Number:
                        Bank Account Number:
                        Bank City:
                        Bank State:
                        Bank Address:

maybe they mean the routing number. it looks like theyre trying to drag things out sinse they asked for your bank account number two times instead of asking for the number and the routing number.

                        sounds like bad news.

                              All's well that ends well......

                              Thanks for posting your experience.

While easybets has been around for several years, there may be some players that don't want to wait that long to get paid.......
