I opened a Goldpalacesportsbook account thru Kevin at www.ultimatecapper.com on March 27 with $500 and a $500 bonus. I ran the balance up by winning and I never bet bad lines, calling them in if I saw any. I withdrew $1000 on April 9 and $2000 on the 21st with the clerks' approval and without sacrificing my bonus since I left more than a dime in there. I won big the weekend of April 27-28 and was unable to login on the 29th. When I called in they said that I now had to call in all my bets. I asked to have my online account opened so I could check my weekend play and I found two grading errors, one a Nascar matchup, the other in Golf, that resulted in a $2275 swing. The Nascar bet was $650 to win $500, the Golf $625 to win $500. Wiseguys bet nickels on Nascar and Golf????
I called and they quickly corrected the error, and I requested a cashout for my balance of $6,412. They said that Neteller would take a few days so I requested a check. They said it would be sent from Miami in a few days. On Saturday I called and was directed to "Tony", who I had never spoke to before. Tony said he thought I was a wiseguy with a syndicate he would not name. He said that he would review my account to determine if they would pay me. He pointed out that they have a wiseguy clause in their rules. He told me to call back on Tuesday.
In the meantime I emailed Kevin who did nothing. I called yesterday and sure enough they aren't going to pay me. Kevin stands by the book, even though he knows I'm not a wiseguy. By the way, Kevin even has a wiseguy plays link on the front page at ultimatecapper.com! I only noticed it yesterday since I like to play my own games.
I remember seeing complaints about grading errors, cancelled bets, etc. against Goldpalace in at ultimatecapper.com, but I didn't worry about it since it never affected me until the final day my account was open. I am unable to find those complaints now, because I presume Kevin has deleted them. I believe Kevin should stand up for me since he introduced me to the book and never told me they had a wiseguy clause to steal money from the players. And anyone who has followed any of my plays in the contests know I'm no wiseguy, and never have been associated with any syndicate. Guys I need your input here.
