Alladin's Story

Does anyone have an update on the Alladin's story? I have called several times over the last few weeks, but only gotten busy signals and answering machines.

It would be good to hear an affirmation of Eddie's earlier positions, that accounts would be paid; as well as some indication as to the timing of payments.

Alladin's was shut down and Eddie decided to stiff players for over a 1.5 mil. He gambled away the players money in the markets. He stole others peoples money and gambled it away. Meanwhile Eddie continues to live high on the hog in Antigua. He should be rotting in a jail cell! He is a thief and a conman! That is all he will ever be! Same as Mark Delpopolo and Charlie Therwanger. They are all thieves!

I'm just being lazy by not researching former posts, but what happened to any mergers and have no other books stepped up to help players. There don't seem to be many people whining about this place.

If they are closed, why are there even busy signals and answering machines, wouldn't you just get disconnect messages?

Alladin's was shut down by the Antiguan government for months of no-pay, stealing, fraud, etc. Then there was a so-called "deal" made between Alladin's Gold out of Antigua and Sterling Sports. The deal was SO BAD for the players that even it is considered VOID by the Antiguan government who apparently has ties to the Hadeed family. The Shrink (from theRX) met with both Hadeed and the Antiguan government where he concluded this deal is NOT ACCEPTABLE. No player should have to redeposit money at another book to recover money owed to them by someone else, especially when there are stipulations involved. This particular "plan" is one of the most absurd things I have ever read. It was completely assinine to put such a thing up on any website where this so-called "deal" is not even official until Sterling receives Eddie's money in mid May, BUT you still have to deposit with them NOW. Who would trust Eddie to do that after all the lies and GAMBLING away THE PLAYERS money. Money that did not belong to him. He stole money from people who TRUSTED this con artist. Some of the parties involved in offshore gaming must truly believe that gamblers are the dumbest people in the world.

The likes of Eddie Hadeed, Charlie Therwanger, Mark Delpopolo are a CANCER to the industry. They are low-life conman/thieves who belong in jail!

And things are even worse, in case there was a glimmer of hope. No answer on the business lines. For some reason Eddie gave me his personal cell phone number - but after leaving two different voice mail message asking for a reply, there has been none.
