PRESS RELEASE
February 5, 2002 – Antigua & Barbuda


The Directorate of Offshore Gaming is charged with providing oversight for the Gaming Industry within Antigua and Barbuda.

As a jurisdiction, we enact some of the most stringent regulations regarding the conduct of gaming companies within our industry. It has been brought to my attention that some clients have been experiencing difficulty receiving payments. At the Directorate we are always concerned when there is even a suggestion that companies are failing to live up to their responsibilities.

To those individuals who feel they have a legitimate grievance against companies registered within our jurisdiction, I would like you to contact me and make a formal complaint. These complaints will be dealt with speedily. Please address all complaints to:

Any books or casinos in the jurisdiction of Antigua and Barbuda.

Don't think for a minute that any complaint made to them will result in them getting you your money. It doesn't work that way. The only thing this might do is make them not issue a license to a company that has too many complaints against them. A friend of mone complained about a no pay situation with some obscure book licensed in Antigua to know avail.

Do they still have a web site that lists all the sportsbooks and casinos licensed there?
