Stung by a Bad Book

I remember seeing a promotion some Book was having called “Stung By a Bad Book” or something like that? They had a deal where they would pay off such bad debts in exchange for a certain number of rollovers of the money.
Would appreciate any contact here as I'd like to salvage "something"!!
