i'm sure you've all been reading how ken the shrink allegedly was robbed by 'someone' who used his acct # and password at some books to get money sent to them...now ken says it wasn't him but one of the books involved doesn't beleive him and booted him so they can't be scammed again

is ken the shrink the innocent victim of a crime? or did he perpetuate the scam himself?

weitzner had 2 dui's through '98 so the third must have been recently...can you give us some details?

and if he has 3 dui's he must have lost his driving license, no? and how did he avoid jail time?

what was the penalty for writing the false scripts?

yes, the records are public. i have them all in the bworld office and will confirm dates of the charges. i do not believe the third was recent however, from what i read in his friend's rumor mill it is only a matter of time before he geta another. i believe that is mandatory jail time. what is more troublesome is the fact this activity is not chastised but condoned and laughed over. will it still be funny when an innocent human being's life is snatched away because of this convicted drunk? maybe then people will find it humorless and sad. its too bad it will take that much. that it will be that costly.

what IS funny is the charge of FALSELY ASSUMING THE TITLE OF PHYSICIAN!
wait a minute here!!!! he told his readers he had a practice and was a psychiatrist but became disenchanted with the medical field and left to do this. i think the medical profession got disenchanted with HIM after 3 DUI's and writing scripts ans a fake doctor. THAT sounds more like the truth.
he lies like the dog that he is. this is not fiction. this is FACT. black and white unlike the rumors that his girlfriend angelle fabricates. if this industry wants to START to head in the right direction it needs to disassociate itself from people like ken weitzner who continually puts people at risk whether they be in an automobile or sitting behind the screen watching their sportbook's lines and action flow.

strange how a post with no merit on another site stating we were going out of business was responded to by many including yourself. NOWHERE in that thread was mention of where it could substantiated yet the post lives on.
this post brings up some serious questions as to the LACK of integrity on your part. Serious charges were filed and you were convicted.
this does not bode well for any player putting any merit in ANYTHING you say or do.

we have laid out the facts as written in the court transcripts. i will now close this thread and simply say that if anyone wants the court address where they can obtain these same records we will gladly give it to them.
our goal here was to expose weitzner for what he really is. we did that and the sports gaming industry can judge for themselves whether they want to deal with this loser.
i am sure there are some takers but just as he said it was HIS duty to alert the public when bob at sos was in trouble and it was HIS duty to alert the public when premiere league was falsely rumored to be in trouble and it was HIS duty to alert the legal system of a few dozen names in the offshore industry it is now OUR duty to alert the public of HIS official documented severely spotted past.

the only difference is we deal with documented FACTS while his whole life has been pretty much FICTION.
