  • Any thought on Fair Deal Sportsbook & Casino?

I just want to hear if anybody has any comments and/or experiences with Fair Deal Sportsbook?

I never had a problem with them. Have Received one payout, and it was Free and quick (a Check), within a week via regular mail. Have some software problems but I think it was more a WEBTV thing than anything on their end. They juice the overs and faves, but not as much as SIA. Suggest you do a Search on this site and elsewhere to get other views. The search feature is one of the most useful tools for SportsBook Research.

They caused quite a comotion a few months back. They ran into financial trouble and were taken over by Legal Book. Legal Book decided to not pay one of fair deals existing clients, and all hell broke lose.

I think you'll find it if you do a search.

just tell it like it is. they stiffed a pro. If he was a square they would have paid him, but it was a pro so they stiffed him. fair deal is not a fair deal.

I asked for a payout and it took a little over three weeks through regular mail. It was a small amount, under 1k.

Their website seems to be pretty fast to load and haven't have any down so far. I tried to do a search on this forum but can't find any topic that is related to Fair Deal. Maybe someone can help and let me know where I should look.

          Thanks!

            xray,

5 card charlie bought the assets of fair deal, but the stiffed one player out of 80k.

Also 1 of the original owners of Fair Deal still owns a nice chunk of them so 5 card charlie didn't buy everything as stated before.

Wow. 3 weeks is waaaaaay too long for a payout. Was this recently? I hope not. If this was recently then it might be safe to say that fair deal and company are STILL having financial problems!!

Yep, it was December of last year. I waited for a little over 2 weeks and called them, their respond was because the Anthrax so it will take longer for regular mail.

If not Fair Deal, any recommendation on online Sportsbook?

Fair Deal is as solid as they come. You should never use regular mail for a payout if the payout is time sensitive.

                        Chillin-the-Most,

Fair Deal is anything but solid.

                        X-Ray,

Why don't you take a look at the list of recommended books on this site.

Since Fair Deal gave the large player anything BUT a fair deal, I'd play elsewhere.

I mean what do they offer that can not be had by one of the Bettorworld list books?

A bonus? Juice Deal? Props or betting options? I doubt it.

I play at Royal and WSEX, as well as some others that are not on the list, but why not pick a Bettorsworld approved sportsbook?

That way you know you will get a fair deal.

I'm sorry, but this is the 1st I've heard of not being able to get a quick payout due to Anthrax.

The big question I guess, is was the envelope postmarked 3 weeks prior to your receiving it? If so then Fair Deal is off the hook for the 3 week payout.
