is a SPECIAL offer for EVERYONE?

If a sportsbook advertises a so called special offer, should they be able to pick and choose who that special offer applies to????

As a long time customer of a well known book, I was recently told that their advertised special offer didn't apply to me. How can this be??

what the hell good is it if you don't name the goddamn book?!?!?!?!?!?!? name the book and we'll decide for ourselves. doesn't surprise me that ANY book out there would renege on an advertised special. it's the nature of the beast.
