New York Civil Rights Attorney with Sports Gambling Experience

I have been involved in a situation relating to sports gambling for almost five-years now. Yes, FIVE-YEARS. Employees of both New York State and a local City Government have been involved in numerous State and Federal civil rights violations against me over sports gambling. In short, they have wilfully and maliciously harassed (my family) and me for almost five-years now. I'm looking for an attorney to proceed with lawsuits in either New York State or Federal (preferable) Court. Several Notices of Claim have been filed and I now need an attorney to proceed with the lawsuits. I have had several attorneys but none understood sports gambling. Despite this, these attorneys (to date) have been successful in thwarting every attempt to discredit me by these State and City employees. I'd prefer not to go into anymore detail here in this public forum. Shortly, their last attempt to cause me harm will be over. I have been on defense for way too long and now it's time for me to go on the offensive.
