three months with 5%juice deal i place ton of wager so nown they steal my money on wining parplay 5 - 14 to 5 - 13 the deal 5% juice not the parlay event my account not wining

What he is trying to say is that the book in question (vegasintl.com) has a 5% juice deal.

He placed a two team parlay wager staking $1500 to win $4217. He confirmed the bet.

A few days after the parlay wins, the book debited his account $317.

The book's answer to his question about it was that reduced juice does not apply to parlays so his two teamer was reduced AFTER THE FACT to $1500 to pay $3900 ("standard" 13/5 payoff).

He is pissed that the book has "stolen" the $317 and points out that they never did so on his $100 parlays and is only doing so because of his big score.
