  • Don't Ever Deal With A Book That...

Doesn't let you withdraw your winnings under the guise of "fulfilling a bonus requirement."

Every book has certain bonus requirements and as a player I realize they do that to protect themselves. But don't ever let them hold your money hostage like the situation that just happened to me.

I made the mistake of going into Little NASA for football this year after I asked their "customer service" department about their bonus requirements. They gave a generous 40% matchplay which I proceeded to win for substantial money and I was told that I could "withdraw my winnings at any time."

I played quite a bit more and won my next 3 wagers bringing my balance high enough to make me want to get a payout. After being jacked around for 3 to 4 days I found out they wanted 4 times the initial deposit PLUS the wager that I won before they would pay me.

Now this book is EXACTLY the kind of book after that happened that I wouldn't let get jacked up any more, so I basically told them I wasn't playing any more until I got a payout. That that rule of there's is bogus and they are scam artists.

Figure it out. If you send in 500 dollars, they will only pay you after you jack up the account to 2800 dollars if you were lucky enough to win all your bets. What a friggin' ripoff.

Don't ever use Little NASA or ANY BOOK THAT WON'T LET YOU TAKE OUT YOUR WINNINGS.

I know stick to the books on the list. Let me repeat before everyone jumps on me.

I am in no way defending nasa or anyone else
and i don't paly with nasa because last time i checked they weren't on the list but if you take a bonus and don't roll it over whatever it's required as stated in their rules no matter how much you win they have every right to not pay you until then --- what most books do is allow you to forfit the bonus and fee reimburstments but eevn if they don't if they say that when you accept ths bonus you must do xyz and you don't ---
    their right and your wrong

Think of it as a contract a book wants postups and not hit and run players so your deposit must stay for 30 days or whatever no one is forcing you to accept the bonus when you sign up.

If you read my post there are two issues here: They lied to me when they wanted me to send my money. They told me I could withdraw my winnings at any time. An excuse was after the fact: "they told you wrong, they don't know what they're doing." I would never KNOWINGLY post up with a book that doesn't let you withdraw the money you've won, I don't care if they gave me a car.

Secondly, I won the matchplay, I would have had to forfeit a substantial amount between their 4% Neteller fees and my winning bet.

I'd love to start a list right here. If anyone knows of any book that they believe is decent, please let me know if they won't let you withdraw your winnings, because personally I want to know so I never play there.

EVERY good book I know of lets you WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. Everyone I know of anyway.

        FBallLover,

As i'm sure you're aware by now never go by what they tell you over the phone. Always look at the fine print on the website, because that's what they go by. The person taht told you that you could make a withdrawal at anytime probably either didn't know anything or lied to you.

There's really no excuse for not letting a player withdraw winnings which are over and above the initial deposit and bonus.

Think about it. If they don't, they are simply holding your money hostage.

You the PLAYER have to TRUST the book enough to send your funds to another country and THEN hope they will pay you when you want.....now on top of all that, they want to hold your cash for ransome......the ransome being more play, and hopefully, in their eyes, more losses.
