I requested $100 that I deposited with my VISA credit card.
Today is 26th of OCT. I called betONinternet asked that why it has not been credited to my credit card....
So he(Pervato who i talk to) called "Brentail Internatial" which Infinity CC processing dept. to faxed me a copy of statment that Brential International refund money to my credit card company.
I recevied the fax but BANK cannot trust the fax. Bank told me that they are receving that kind fax so many times in these days.
Bank told.. if they refunded money wiht all correct information, bank will not HOLD money for customer. Bank WILL POST IT right away!!!
I called Pervato(betONinternet - Infinity) that I need more proof.
I asked him that I need some proof document that BANK can trust... like document from my BanK...saying XYZ Bank received money from Brentail International. Then he said..he has done everyting he can do.
WTF?? I am still ..wondering..why I have to investgate this situation.
As I am a customer... they should solve this problem. They should call my bank and verify all the transaction with bank.
Only faxing a copy of their statement(not from BANK), is not the WAY of solving this problem. Thanks ** ..I didn't depostied much money.

He keeps saying..call "Brentail international" myself. NO way!!
I am not calling internation phone call.
I bet with betONinternet.com not with Brentail International.
One more things.. I requested $ to ACESGOLD.com 3 days after I requested betONinternet.com.
ACESGOLD.com credited back to my bank within 4 days.
Am I missing here?? why BetOninternet pays late? oops.. (They haven't paied me yet).
so people.. tell me.. am I wrong?
Do I have to investgate all this situation?
Pervado ..actually laugh me when I told him that Bank doesn't trust the fax!
I don't know about how it works.. but ...betOninternet should provide me or bank some good documentation that Bank can accept.
Never will ever play with Infinity ..unless...

I called 10 days ago. (C/S(customer suport) told me they had some problem on Columbus day. So C/S told me wait little bit.
I WAITED.
5 days after..I called ..C/S told me they refuned money on 10th of OCT.
3 days after ..C/S told me they refuned me money on 12 th OCT. LOL . well.. I didn't say anything..
3days AGO (24th of Oct), I spoke with Pervato who work for Credit Card dept for Infinity.. told me that they posted it 16th.
Wow.. how many different stories I listen..
