I wasn't going to post this here until I got some feedback from others. But now that I've had some posts in backing up my viewpoint I
figure I'd post the issue.

Basically I have an issue with a MNF prop- "Will either team score 3 consecutive times? (3 unanswered scores, does not necessarily mean 3 straight possessions, extra point and 2 point conversions do not
count)."

My issue- 3 Unanswered scores is stressed here, and there were not 3 unanswered scores in the game, yet I lost by betting on the NO side.

1st Giants- FG - Unanswered
2nd Giants- FG - Unanswered
3rd Giants- FG - Answered by PHL FG

I'll take partial responsibility for this prop since I should have asked for a clearer description before betting, but I think that they need to be much more clear in the language they use in their Props. I'll chalk this one up to inexperience on my part.

Just an FYI in case you bet any props.

The wording used by the book is absolutely critical.

If they wrote, "Will either team score 3 consecutive times?", that is definitely not the same as if they wrote "Will either team score 3 times unanswered?"

I believe that most books use the wording expressed in the latter. Therefore, if they did use this wording, and since NY scored 3 field goals in a row, I don't think you have much of an argument here. Even if they used the other type of wording, I still would find it difficult for you to make much of a case here, realistically speaking.
