Online sportsbooks that temporarily go down

Has anyone run into this problem? I have at CRIS. They attribute it to having too much traffic. Yesterday I had a similar problem at www.onlinesportsbook.com. Before the Louisville-Southern Miss I was unable to access there site. This happened about ten minutes before the game started and up into the game started. I was unable to place my bet which really pissed me off. I was going to bet Louisville for 3 1/2 points, but I was waiting for it to go down to 3. Their error cost me money.

This used to be a big problem at books on Sundays for football, but most of the big shops invested and made bandwidth upgrades. There's really no excuse for this happening on a Tuesday night. Maybe they had some problem with their site??
