I do not understand BW position towards Mark Del

I do not understand why BW has chosen to post the real name of an offshore bookmaker and practically dared the state of New York and the U.S. government to prosecute him.

As I understand it, posting real names in this forum is a taboo.

The irate response by Mark Del has been highlighted here but not his apology for it. But the article that provoked the anger and the posting of a real name and suggestion the U.S. government investigate and disbar still stands.

I have never seen any offshore employee post his real name and flaunt that the U.S. government cannot touch him. Apparently bettorsworld has decided to do this for a certain person they have an ongiong dispute with.

I do not know who started what, but the article by Raj is outrageous and I think it should to be removed.

Mark Del himself uses his own name, and yes he does post around under his real name and act as if he is above the law (and everyone else).

That is correct. Mark Del has used his name from day one. Might as well wear a badge and a name tag around that says "I own an offshore sportsbook".

Mark used to post here when he was still a 900# tout in his fathers magazine. Maybe he still is?

Has there been an apology from Mark? If there has been one issued, I think it would be fair to publish that also. After the response he sent, it better be good, but that would be for us bettors to decide.
He was so out of line it wasn't funny, and the apology may be made only to save his ass, but I believe it should be published.

there will be no apology from del. people like del are only sorry for what the ramifications are for themselves.

what has pleased me the most is the positive response from the 3600+ people who received the letter.

like i said before the full ramifications of this have not yet been realized.

with the current climate the way it is in the states we take ANY threat seriously especially when you have a family.

people can make light of this if they choose but we will treat it very seriously.

It is too bad that people who mean to do well for their leader Mark Del are only excacerbating an already precarious position for mark del. that includes russ hawkins and fred.
