No word from customer service on when they will be back up. This is supposedly one of the major rock solid books? Olympic eats their lunch anyday. At least Olympic 1) posts on this site when there is trouble 2) has a mirror backup site 3) is a paying book member of bettorsworld. What a joke! :mad:

CRIS customer service is nonexistant. There attitude is that since they have been around so long, they can do as they please.

Cris was down the entire college football saturday and it looks like they are going to fu** around NFL sunday too! When I call customer service to ask if they have a backup site, all I get is dumbfounded silensio. When I ask if and when their site will be backup, I get a response like "it does not matter that the website is down...you can just CALL in you wagers..." What an absolute joke these guys are!

I don't have any cash in it but I was able to login to my account.

When I attempted to get in my link in favourites no longer connected to the CRIS log in page.
I can now get to the log in page from the main page, but I keep getting an access denied message. Is anyone else still having problems with this site.

No problem here at 7:30 Eastern on Wednesday, 9/26. If you're still having problems, you might want to give them a call. It could be something as simple as clearing your browser cache memory.
