can't access Neteller

I have not been able to access the Neteller web site for several weeks now. Is this happening to anyone else?

I've accessed the Netteller site a few times this week and have had no problems......a great service.

For some reason I believe you can't load up the page when abroad. I have written to Dave Kahane about this so I should know more soon. I really hope my suspicions are incorrect...
