    I can't believe I actually have to do this but I feel no other recourse after talking to Sportsbetting.com reps over and over again. First of all let me say I like their site, I think it's one of the best but there customer service sucks! After sending Paypal and credit card deposits over the course of almost a year I finally started winning. then comes time for payout and the run around. After calling once earlier this week to find out how I would be credited back my winnings I was told credit card, Paypal and check. Fine so I waited two days and saw SOME of the credit card reversals were done, so I called back to inquire why and as you probably know, no one had the answer. It was call back at this time and call this person. After the run around and finally speaking to a gentlemen there I see that another part of my payout was in my Paypal account. Now I'm real curious because I only requested a payout for $1995 and I'm figuring what is the problem there? Why are they paying out a piece here, some there and etc. The math isn't adding up. So everytime I talk to someone there I'm being told something different. Oh the rest is going back to you Paypal by the Friday, NOT! We will send you a check in 14 days after stating if they would do that it would no more than 3-5 business days to process and it has been up to this day??? I'm frustrated and confused with the lack of cooperation and info on their end and wanted to see if anyone has experienced the same with them and if anyone can help me out? Advice, know somebody there? I'm also worried that I still have a large pending fee there and by putting this here I may be "rocking the boat" especially since they have this big promotion going but it makes me wonder how are they going to pay out $100,000 when they can't payout $1995? All this because I wanted to know when and how I will recieve my payout and hope they would abide by their payout policy :confused:

    Apologies for the confusion.

    My initial reaction is that this stems from recent problems with MasterCard holding back credits from some of SPORTSBETTING.COM customers due to changes in policy regarding crediting back online gambling winnings.

    Please send your account details to sos@sportsbetting.com and we will be sure this is taken care of ASAP.
