Any feedback on Jaguar? From what I can tell the only way you can deposit is by CC, or bank transfer... How are the payouts? :confused:

Beside the fact that they are associated with Nasa, there's PLENTY not to like about Jaguar. Just do a search on some of the forums.

I just want to know:

(1) Does Jaguar share any ownership with NASA International?

(2) What is Jaguar's policy on so-called "wise-guy" betting?

(3) Does Jaguar quickly reduce or chase sharp players that seem to win or shop the numbers carefully?

sportshobby, I would not recommend Jaguar for a sharp player such as yourself. Their policy towards wiseguys or anyone chasing steam is to limit them to telephone betting only. They will stall you on every call and deal you a clone line. Their software does not control limits. The player is responsible for staying within posted limits. I know of some players who have had bets voided (after the game) who had bet over the posted limits.

After reviewing there rules which state "We are the first to next weeks lines for the NFL, I joined Jaguar sportsbook (mainly for Teasers).

I tried to put my first play in with them today (2team 7pt. teaser) I was told that WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING TEASERS RIGHT NOW, YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK 2 OR 3 DAYS BEFORE THE GAME.(per wager clerk)

I have never heard of any sportsbook operating like this. Sure I'll wait until all the value is sucked out of most games by mid-week.

Brian or Jeff could you verify this policy and if true I will have my fund transfered to another sportsbook.

Jaguar allows you to place teasers at any time lines are posted. This week, however, because so many games were cancelled or postponed, we asked our teaser players to wait until we were absolutely sure that games would be played. With the exception of this week's circumstances, you can place your teasers any time during the week.
