  • Bestbet aka Inetsportsbook

Back in 1999 I won about 12 dimes at Bestbetsports, unaware that this was not a solid book at the time. They were a sister book of Inetsportsbook, which also has been identified as a slow/no pay book by The Prescription and others. I did get four dimes of the money I won by the end of that year, but didn't receive anything for another year after a new owner or manager took over.

At the start of this year I began to receive payments again (this time $500 apiece thru Neteller) and have received a couple dimes since then, including a payout on Monday. So if anyone was stiffed by them or any of their sister books I would advise contacting Gin4Money (their new name). The other names this shop went by also include Paradisesportsbook, Parlayteaser, and SportsWager 2000. Gin4Money has a link at Neteller and so you will have a little leverage if you start talking to them.

It is refreshing to see this establishment take some responsibility for the funds gamblers have won at the sister sites, whether they are owned by the same people or not.

Thanks for the info dog. Yours is the kind of post worth it's weight in gold! Solid, useful information.

I remember the inet books. Particularly paradise. There was a whole string of them and all of them were related and were deadbeats.

Inetsportsbook was acquired by Tradewinds late last year, and my account (around $2K) "disappeared" in the process. One phone operator says it was because of the "high" balance, another said players with higher balances were paid. I won over $12K back in 1999 at Bestbet AKA Inet and got most of the balance over two years before this occurred, so I haven't even posted about it figuring it's a lost cause. But if anyone knows where Tradewinds advertises let me know.
