I've been a major lurker the last couple of years and have benefitted from the insight generously provided by all the great posters here. I'm probably a little too raw to help the most seasoned, but I select my spots and coupled with a 58% season last year, feel like the time is right to venture out. I'm looking for a book that accepts AMEX (gotta get the skymiles), offers excellent internet speed, has golf futures and fair lines. Obviously, I expect prompt payouts and telephone access. If this place exists, I'm sure you guys know about it.

I think you'll have a hard time finding books that take Amex. There might be a few. All the other qualifications shouldn't be a problem though. Try WSEX or really any of the books listed above.
