Its now 6:30pm Eastern ...anyone know whats happening..i think their software could prob use an upgrade as its pretty slow

Yes, they are apparently changing software for the second time in about one month. The s*itty thing about this whole thing is that they just FINISHED changing their software about one month ago, when the old program was working just fine to begin with. It was like pulling teeth to finally get them to adjust the new program to handle 5% juice. I am starting to suspect this constant changing of software is a conspiracy to throw off the old 5% juice players (it is my understanding they "encourage" newer players to take a deposit bonus in lieu of their 5% "lifetime" juice now). These guys gave me a load of grief whenever I tried to get them to adjust my account to display 5% juice either on the phone or over the net since their default is 10% juice.

Jeff or Brian -- could you find out whats going on here ?

Tws customer service now says the website will be up by 6pm today. Hopefully they will be true to their word and they will not once again muck up the 5% juice structure for their older players.

I think the slowness is due to bandwidth, not the software.

Site now up again. It is pretty weird (looks like a mish-mash between their old software and the Superbook/Victor Chandler software) but it is nevertheless functioning.

Software looks great to me !!! Much faster than the old stuff and easier to navigate for me...thanks Top World for the pre- football upgrade!!!
