It's only a traffic generator. You tradr links and the more you send to your link partner the higher you rank with their site.

It works well for the most part. You hope your site is "sticky" and the people will come back often.

There is an epidemic however and its 99% casino cheating. I have not determined how they do it but at least 10 casino portals and casinos have no link to bettorsworld but are still showing numbers of people coming to the site. one way i guess is to have the string as a link for yourself and just repeatedly hit it.

at any rate i feel that if a casino is that slimy then why would anybody want to play there?

You should expose these casinos so we all know exactly who they are. Give them a warning then if it persists post them. It's easy to do without having a banner from your site on there site. They have a software program that continually clicks what should be your banner on there site and registers as a hit on your site, moving them up the rankings. The sofisticated ones drop the cookie and have thousands of legitimate different Ip address it can use to look like it was sent from a different person each time. These guys have their own server in order to do this. It is crazy though you will often see the top 4 or 5 sites sent 3000 hits in a 12 hour period and the other sites sent 1 or 2. I know people that do this service
