Today I received an unsolicted copy of The Official Offshore Football Betting Guide in the mail. In addition to the usual generic articles they have selected the top 5 offshore books. They are:

1 PINNACLE
2 FIRST FIDELITY DEPOSIT TRUST
3 BADLANDS
4 GUARDIAN GUARANTY
5 PAYOFFS PLUS

I know Pinnacle is top notch and I have heard of 1st fidelity, but who are those last 3???. How do they make this type of list?
