loyal customers?
that reminds me of an article describing the people who drive across the golden gate bridge from marin to san francisco as "loyal patrons" .... they are no more loyal to that bridge than they are to spiros. the first bridge that opened with a lower toll - they're on it.

now, i am not a big fan of COMPETITION. if you are interested in COOPERATION as a solution to world problems, read "NO CONTEST" by alfie kohn. however, gambling kind of is a naturally competitive thing. which brings us to:
the books that use 20 cent lines are sacrificing a competitive advantage to gain volume in order to increase their hold percentage. no shame in that. the players who are truly interested in the best number of every game are welcome to play elsewhere when it suits them. no shame in that.
don't bet what you can't afford to lose and you will never be beat. later
