well, i just answered my own question... UNDERDOG7 is still posting, he just posted in the jazz sports thread tonight!

and insofar as further suggestions, i suggest JAZZ sports may take his deposit and donate it to charity or do anything they want with it. and UNDERDOG7 would approve, it's the same thing as him saying F**K YOU to his legitimate debts!

Well the case is now closed. Nothing has changed, and I have not been paid.

The objective here is not to kill the guy, but to pass the message to him that he is wrong. And of course to warn the general community that such people do exist.
