About two months ago I signed up with Sportsinteraction and had to make a deposit with them through Paypal, since my bank does not allow me to make deposits with what they call 'gaming related' websites. That deposit went fine. No problems with Paypal nor Sportsinteraction. Now comes paytime. Always a tricky moment. I cannot mention one sportsbook, which has easier withdrawals than deposits, so even before I did anything I phoned Sportsinteraction and asked them, if I could get money transferred to my bank account in Hong Kong. They said that it would be no problem, so if I could please give them my full bank details. It is not the first time that I have sportsbooks transfer money to me, so I know exactly what details they need. I did send them an email with all those details asking them to transfer US$4000 to me. The next day money was taken off of my account and marked as a Paypal transfer. I phoned them and they told me that they HAD TO transfer the money to Paypal. A bit weird the 'had to' part, but I thought: ok, lets have a look. I went into my Paypal account and indeed the US$4000 was waiting for me. I then tried to claim this amount, but could not do this, because I live in HK and do not have a US bank account. Paypal does not allow you to transfer money to Hong Kong, so I had to reject the payment. I phoned Sportsinteraction explained the situation and they insisted that they HAD TO transfer the money to Paypal, since I made my deposit with Paypal. I then phoned Paypal and they told me that I would have to ask Sportsinteraction for a different paying method. I again phoned Sportsinteraction and they told me that they have other customers from HK who make use of Paypal and that it should work. At Paypal they have been much more helpful so far. We did work out a way to transfer money to a Dutch bank account of mine, so I phoned Sportsinteraction back and asked them to transfer the previously rejected money from Paypal back to my Paypal account, since I had sorted out with Paypal a way to get paid. This was on Friday. I would be contacted Friday afternoon. Nothing happened. Obviously their administration department does not work in the weekends, so I phoned them this Monday morning and was told to wait for an answer Monday afternoon. I phoned them this Monday afternoon and was told to wait till the next day (again). This freaks me out, as they do not give me any explanation for the amount of time it takes them to retransfer the money back to Paypal. Why? This should only take one minute.

    Anyone else having similar experiences?

I several small different complaints against them, they suck, if you get your money, I would put it somewhere else.

I agree with cecil. If you can get the money back to your paypay account, just transfer it to another reputable book. Maybe a roundabout way, but you shouldn't have a problem.

I went on a 4-week lucky streak with them, and they reduced my limits (already small) to useless. So you get to look forward to that, too.

Horrible customer service, VERY low limits, few betting options...I'd go somewhere else.

How low are the limits? I heard they have off lines.

Typically $500 sides and $300 totals, more if they think you're square and have played there a while, and less if you beat them.
