I'd be really surprised to see Mexico lose at Trinidad, so Mexico pk (-125) seems real safe.
Honduras is actually a much higher skill level team than Jamaica. Whether they can match up physically would be a question. But I'd say Honduras + 1/2 (-05) would also be a play here.
