I was lucky enough to win a $60 account with Royal, and I thought that I might put more funds into my account. It's not a sportsbook I know much about - although it certainly appears to be a good one. Any feedback from current or past users would be much appreciated!

They seem very user-friendly. During the beta test of their web site, I reported a couple of bugs and they were very professional and appreciative of the feedback. Their clerks are friendly, fwiw. I believe they have a no wiseguy policy, but I certainly haven't tested their limits lol. I'm looking forward to when they implement auto racing on their site.

Been playing on the phone with them since '97. Always professional, always quick with payouts, never a hassle. Had a miscommunication last year on a baseball bet, it was settled quickly in my favor. It could have, in fairness, gone either way. A couple of weeks ago I made a comment here about changing their overnight lines to a dime line and it was done. In my opinion there is no finer overall sportsbook out there than ROYAL. And no, I'm not getting paid to say this.Comment

Royal is a very solid, respected shop. There should be no worries about your money there, and you only hear good things about their customer service.
