Tired of books giving me Neteller headaches!!

Hi all,
I am just tired of things not going smoothly, and I am not talking about my handicapping!! First off, hats off to Jazz, Casablanca, and Mega. When I put in a request for Neteller payout at night I can rest easy KNOWING my money will be there in the morn. Shouldn't all books like this? I for one have reached the point where I almost expect a decline and have to make a call to see why. Grand Central request for $3000 declined! Why I ask well I can only withdraw $5000 a week through Neteller but I can send them as much as I want! Direcbet request for $3000 declined! Why oh I must fax them my DL! WHY I ask them??? Oh its for my protection! Yeah right. Why did you accept the deposit with no ID! Isn't this why we get certified with Neteller in the first place! Damnit when I send money it has NEVER been declined and if I have the money in my account and ask for a withdrawal it should NEVER be declined. Customer service, ha. I know there are many other great books that make the Neteller experience painless and I will only play with them for now on. I may lose an out or two but the headaches I lose will make it worth it. I hear ya JT. Everyone welcomes our money with open arms but when it comes to payout then restrictions come.

To all the sportsbooks:
Neteller is the easiest, fastest, safest way of exchanging funds but please don't complicate things. If there is something that we (players) had to know, put it in "black and white" before you take our money. Thank you.

P.S. I am thinking of giving Direcbet a try. But I think I would just say NO THANK YOU.

JT, I had a similar experience with GCS. However when I called they told me they would FED-EX me a check or transfer to any book of my choice free of charge. I took the check route and FED-EX was at my door at 8:30AM the next day. IMO, that was better and faster than NETELLER.

If I had any ideas of signing up with direcbet or GCS, that is out now. I can't believe one can have a request denied if the money is in the account. What's the sense in having neteller in the first place? The whole idea is to be able to request your money, and have it put in your neteller account. When that becomes a problem, for any reason, it is time to say bye bye.

I too have had multiple problems with books sending back funds to my Neteller acct, including faxing my DL#. I would like to defend these books a little though. Certainly they can do better, but I can't blame them for not keeping a fat positive balance with their Neteller accounts in light of recent events. It is the best way yet to move funds around, but until they have some longevity, prove they are going to be discreet with all the info they have and no player or book is taken, then why not be careful?

I do agree with you about being careful. But a book is also supposed to be courteious with their customers too. Neteller is good for the books as well as good for the customers. Our sending money to books via neteller is never cancelled or questioned. It should be the same when the customer requests his money too. I have had absolutely no problems with Royal Island Casino using neteller. I have never been questioned when I request money or send money. This is the way it is supposed to be.

The main issue here is the fact that the request was being DECLINED on a payout. I do understand how careful a book should be by asking your DL but I don't understand the fact that the payout was being declined because of the above mentioned issue and the reason that it was beyond their limit. We (as players) send them the funds anytime, anywhere, any amount we wanted without limits and it will never be DECLINED. I will say it again, to avoid this kind of confusion nor misunderstandings, the book should specify clearly what there rules are. The most disappointing moment for a player is to ask for payout and it wasn't available. That is just like having sex to a woman and it wasn't finished.

Firstly I want to apologise on behalf of DirecBet for delaying any Neteller withdrawal by requesting ID. I totally agree with you that if you have signed up with Neteller and deposited with Neteller, then no further ID is required.

The whole reason that we had asked for ID is to protect ourselves in the case of our free $25 accounts. Please understand that the necessity to ID free account players is essential as we continually undergo players signing up multiple times, multiple family members and using the same IP address numerous times in order to attempt to defraud the book.

However, that is a different matter and should NEVER apply to clients who have posted up with us.

Please be assured that strict instructions have been circulated around the DirecBet offices to ensure that any client who has posted up through any method, will not be delayed in a payout request.

I once again apologise for this lapse in our customer services procedures.

Fair is fair. Thank you AJ for resolving this issue I understand why you need to verify to prevent fraud. I appreciate your efforts to fix this glitch for withdrawing after posting up. My request was honored immediately today! Thanks again and thank you for answering to this here at BW.
Now for Grand Central Sports. Alex thank you. Alex, VIP host at GCS, did transfer my funds to another book immediately! He also took the time to explain to me why they limit Neteller withdrawals ( Neteller is still new and they are limiting exposure). Alex thank you for your considerate and immediate attention to this matter!

JT, you really struck a nerve with me on this one. I have been frustrated with the same problems. I've tried for two weeks to get a NETeller payout from Heritage. I'm sure they'd send me a check if I asked, but I really want it in my NETeller account. This way I can either withdraw it or redeposit it elsewhere, depending on what I decide later.

I openeed an account by CC and after making a few bucks wanted to clear (back to the card) the initial deposit amount.

I thought the easiest way was to Neteller it back (I didn't Neteller it in) and found that they would not credit a card the had not debited.

Neteller will also NOT credit back more than you initially charged. So if I deposit a dime and win a dime - they will only credit back the initial amount. What the hell good is that?

So I transfer the $ back to the book who tells me thay they can not credit my initial deposit to my CC because they "are using someone else now and they don't do that".

So I could get the $ by payout (check) and the payout fee applied (not to mention the $15 I wasted moving it to Neteller).

I just closed the account. If it is that hard to get your $, then it is best to play somewhere else.

As far as the payment systems, they are a step in the right direction, but all lack one thing or another.

The same rules should apply going in as coming out, but getting the cash always seems harder than sending it.

Is it just me or has the Credit Card deposit option disappeared from the site? I have been trying to make a small online CC deposit for two days now but it seems like they're not accepting online CC deposits any more...
