Sportbooks's Tv advertisng is there a law against it?

Just curious, but how come we don't see any National Televison ads for the offshore books, Is there a law against it?
What about Direct Mail Ads or Sports Sections of Las Vegas Review Jornal & Reno Gazette and other "Mainstream" print do you (the books) avoid it for a reason? or am I just missing them..

My guess would be that they are of the opinion it is better to take the low road and keep a lower profile than get mainstream publicity and risk the ire of Big Brother.

randyrohm has it right I think. Offshore betting is still a gray area. Why risk it? Although I have heard radio ads.
