Disappointed in Royal

After reading all of the good things that posters had to say about Royal, I decided to sign up with them.
I called and asked if they had a dime line and was told that they did, but this morning I log on to make my bets and lo and behold I see a twenty cent line. I asked if the website times out and even talked to their computer guy and he said no, well it seems to time out after about 10 or 15 minutes.
I sent an email to Royal yesterday morning asking about this and as of yet have not recieved a reply. I made a fantasy bet on the baseball game yesterday and as of this morning it still has not been graded.

I am sure Royal is a fine book and pays, but the above is my limited experience as of now.

A couple of notes:
Fantasy Royale will be graded the following day by 10 AM. I apologize for not staying here overnight. We have people here to grade regular games 24 hours, but FR is graded only by me.
The twenty cent line you saw was for spring training games.
Over night lines will also carry a twenty cent line.


As far as responding to your email, once again, I apologize.
After speaking with you on the phone, I thought it was a little redundant to answer you by email as well.

Royal Sports is the original home of the DIME BASEBALL LINE. Call or click for dime lines throughout the regular MLB season.
Please note, Overnights and exhibition games are 6to5, pretty much standard throughout the industry. All weekend Fantasy Royale props are graded on Monday morning, and daily FR props are graded ASAP and certainly prior to 10am the following morning. Sorry for any confusion but our current system does time out after 20 minutes unless you use the Royal Log Off button. We are very receptive to all your comments and concerns, and you are certainly correct "We do payout promptly". Have you ever heard of anyone being slow or no paid by Royal Sports like some of the other outfits mentioned in the posting forums by scores of dissatisfied customers?

I have been a supporter of Royal here on BW for years now. But I must disagree with the statement by WIM re: 20 cent "overnight" lines being industry standard. There are plenty of overnight dime lines. What makes the statement borderline silly is that next door to Royal, Pinnacle has overnight 8 cent lines......I checked it last night.
