I like the website and I love the odds (-105 on all straight bets). But I can't see your lines without logging in, and I have to keep on logging in over and over. Give me a couple of hours, and I'll be a happy camper.

I agree totally, not using them right now because of that. They are losing business.

I'm with you guys. Love the odds but the online system is painfully slow and the need to constantly log on is a real pain. I've also had a discrepancy with my account where they charged my account twice for the same losing bet, saying that I managed to place the 1st bet, return to the main menu, place the second bet and then enter my password within 11 seconds. I would advise people to avoid this outfit until the online system improves.

Advicing people to AVOID this outfit because of their software is a little bit harsh. I would agree with sportshobby, "give them more time".

Another option is to set up a webpage with live odds listed, which doesn't require logging in. They I could just bookmark the page and hit refresh when I wanted an update, then call in the play over the phone. That would work for me.

I am sorry guys but software problems continue to bring us down, we are working closely with our provider and we are making small steps. When it comes to software all of us bookmakers have our hands tied, we try to make up for it with the 5% juice and great service on the telephone. We are still behind when it comes to online service but we are getting closer. I can offer attractive lines, -105 as well as 1st quarter, 1st half and 2nd half lines on every game. Sorry for any inconvenience with the internet but you can call in any wager.

Warawara, I think the software is OK - it's just the timeout. Surely there is some sort of setting that can be modified to extend the time.

I don't mind phoning in the wager, but I'd like to see live lines before I call (to avoid calling for rundowns). When I call I want to be ready to make a wager.

Sportshobby, I am told I cant change that time out feature until our new version comes out, also I will have a live lines feature for you shortly.
