More like the sort of action I would expect from a porn site.

What an unrelable piece of S**T web site they run.

The need to hire some poeple who know what they are doing.

There is just no excuse whatsoever for this unreliable performance.

folks they still will take your action on the
phone -its not like they left you no way to
get a bet down- show some respect those kind
of words should be used for stiffs and cheats.WEB SITES go down its part of life deal with it and stop bashing good books. Hell some books dont even have web operations yet many are happy with them.

I have to agree with Jeff. Carib has had one of the most reliable, easy-to-use websites of any for years. Even Microsoft has outages.

Hey don't get me wrong, I'll be keeping my Carib acct. I agree it's the best as far as ease of use etc. The format of the cash out form is the best and most reassuring of the books I use.

I'm just not a phone wager kinda guy. I like to shop my lines a bit and it's tougher to make my picks without the card to stare at.

In the long run I think it's important for people to voice complaints if they have them. Truth is; it is frustrating for many players. If nothing was said and all players quietly bided thier time, Carib and other books wouldn't know what level of service customers expect.
